I have been in the field of web design for almost 4 years. Back then, I was a full-time freelance web designer who worked with different clients and still mastering my craft and skillset before I become a part of the VTT Family. Working with VTT has helped me grow and established myself as a professional. VTT has given me tons of work that was fulfilling, helped me improve my time management skills with flexible work schedule and a salary that paid me well that I haven't found in my previous work. VTT has taught me to be someone who is always up for a new challenge that do whatever necessary to get something done. I hope VTT should consider having an additional benefit like Healthcare coverage for regular employees because some people have difficulty affording this. Offering this kind of benefit can help with recruiting and attract them to stay longer at the company.
