Company is extremely accommodating and understands the importance of work/life balance.

Lack of competitive salary options.

This is my first time working at a nonprofit, so it's difficult for me to compare to the corporate world. But VisionCorps has been around a long time, and I in particular have a really great team that I can trust and rely on. I find the work challenging and engaging, but can also leave it behind when I go home to my family. That's a big deal for me.

A lot of changes in the last few years with the pandemic, but overall I think we've gotten through it pretty well!
