Extremely inflexible. Senior management hides behind the rules when convenient and changes them on the fly to their advantage. Middle management is constantly changing. They have no authority, even when your manager tells you something, it will be reversed the next day by the owner of the company. Consultants are often asked to become salaried W-2s and promised the advantages of such, but you will get nothing. Benchtime is not tolerated, expect to be let go if you are not able to have something lined up immediately or as soon as your vacation runs out.
