You will get an idea of the attrition levels if you check the number of senior management folks who left the firm in the last 1-1.5 years. Some are even ashamed to show their experience in this firm in their resume or LinkedIn profile. Don't fall for their false promises or posts on LinkedIn and big talks. A phone call to any ex employee will make the picture clear to you, if planning to join. And yea they managed to delete my previous review post on Glassdoor too.
