6yFeedback is always accepted and very much appreciated. We have listened to our employees and recently completed a corporate restructure. Steady growth is exciting and we embrace it, however, growth creates a need for structure. We have recognized this and worked to adapt. We now have first line managers with no more than 5 direct reports. We have selected specialists in their field of technology to serve as mentors or “go to” resources for engineers seeking assistance and information. Visionist will continue to evolve our structure as we continue to grow and expand.
