Everyone working outside of the welding area is kind, honest and committed to working with and helping each other.

The Staff working in the welding area were aggressive and threatened me physically more than once, having temper tantrums and shouting matches with those they thought they knew more than. Within a week of reporting this I was let go.

The team of employees is fantastic. They make every day better.

I do not recommend working here. In my experience, leadership does not acknowledge positive feedback or good work. The primary interaction comes when there is disagreement, and those moments are often handled in a condescending and belittling way. Feedback is delivered through intense questioning that can make you doubt your competence and leave you feeling intellectually diminished rather than supported. Engineering work is heavily micromanaged, with frequent revisions and reversals that stall progress and affect project direction. This “revision paralysis” often impacts timelines and creates unnecessary frustration. Over time, this environment significantly affected my confidence and sense of professional identity. Many engineers who worked here did not stay long, which reflects the difficulty of sustaining a career in this culture. Prospective employees should also be aware that employees are actively encouraged to post positive reviews online, which may influence how public feedback appears.
