The owners really look out for their staff and try to find a schedule that works for them , with clients they suit best . The quality of care for clients is outstanding and everyone is working towards a common goal

I honestly can't think of any. I love my job

Carer Centric, The feeling of being Valued and listened too. Great Team work. The feeling of being part of a work family. Everyone helps each other. Management is very approachable. We all have the motivation for our Values and missions. Never a dull moment. No two days are the same, We all help each other especially in our low times. It's nice to be in a Company who have the same work ethic as myself and have the love and compassion not just for our Clients but for each other.

Travel pay could be more realistic.
