Management didn't know how to put other brands together or change with market, resulting in too many products to maintain. Also did a poor job with partnerships.
Lack of communications with other brands and/or offices.
Retiring from there was a possibility until terrible management and over zealous supervisors turned a once great company into a zombie factory.

No employee training and no oversight. Products engineered using third party innovations.
Departments void of personel. Employees doing the work of 5 or more people and not receiving a raise in 9 years. Constantly switching department managers between the US & UK was cofusing and counter productive.
Awarding failures. Failing their customers with zero support during yet another lay-off and leaving the remaining employees to suffer with no chance of success.
