Interesting projects to work on, good experience if you just want to start out

No one is compensated well, so most people leave for higher pay when they realize there are much better well paid opportunities elsewhere. Very high turnover means new hires are left trying to figure out everything by themselves since all previous members have gone. Small team is an understatement as you will likely be the only one working there since they cannot hire with such low salaries, so expect to be overworked. Management uses excuses and loopholes to prevent giving out stocks and bonuses to employees despite being written in the offer letter. When a raise was brought up management protested and lowballed us, giving excuses such as lack of funds. However when employees left everyone was suddenly offered raises and more money, but it was too late.
