Incredible culture. Vistage has rock-start leadership, and they really practice what they preach/teach. Solid/some of the best benefits/medical coverage I have seen, and flexible with hours when you work hard and complete your work.

Career growth is limited - Internally They are self admittedly limited in how much you may be able to grow within the organization. However, you could not work at a better place that sets you up for success long term, even if its not with Vistage.
