      There are no pros unless you are related to the boss. The moment I started working there I realized that my employment was never meant to extend past their 3- month busy season. I was put with a supervisor that was hostile toward me and actively tried to get me to quit with abusive language, and professional sabotage. All the good reviews here are written by the owner's relatives.

      They don't treat workers like human beings. If you don't come from their culture they look down on you. They are in violation of several labor laws.

      Visual Citi is constantly growing and expanding its team and facilities to better support their employees. The company is fast-paced but there is a good balance of independent and collaborative team work. Day to day is different and creates an enjoyable and creative work environment.

      In person work is required in the office. This job is very hands-on and requires organization and attention to detail.

      Wishing I could give 0 stars. This company fails its employees daily. - physical fights with no consequences - sexual harrassment with no consequences - will ask you to work every weekend - poorly managed projects - ignorant people in charge
