They want you to learn everything from the first day and expect you not to make any mistakes. The IT or Engineering team are very rude and when they are rude, no disciplinary actions are taken. They are very ungrateful when you stay over time and come in on the weeks on your own time without it being a requirement. No recognition at all. Poor communication and they expect everything to get out on time when other departments are lagging behind. The IO department takes the blunt of everyones mistakes and late reports. Hardware and Software are out of date and nothing is maintained. They only look for band aids to slow the leak. When hiring, they will make sure to mention its a contract gig so they don't have to pay you like they would pay a perm position. They will string you along and then they will discard you. BEWARE. People drop like flies there.
