And VIP strives to deliver the best quality images possible to their clients. If you are a “mediocre” photographer the team will ensure you bring your skills up to their standards.

At the time I worked there. Pay was commission based. For me this wasn’t a bad thing and I was making a decent living as work is plentiful. May be a turn off for those wanting salary. You will be spending a lot of time on the road as well usually with another photographer so I hope you are the chatty sort.
