Dysfunctional and extreme lack of leadership. Policy and procedures are implemented when it best serves the company. No growth potential and no chance of ever getting a raise. For a company that has been in business for 20 + years they run it as though they just started and unsure how to run a company and apply basic standard policy that most companies follow.
