This is a great company to work for with a great management training program. Fun atmosphere, great leadership and great pay.

Nothing really, they constantly strive to make you better.

The advancement opportunities are fast paced, and endless. The management team only promotes within the office, and recognizes and rewards their employees for working hard. You are cross-trained to learn leadership, management, customer service, marketing, advertising, and public speaking skills. Visualize Marketing Group's team feels more like a family and likes to get their employees together for team nights such as dinner, bowling, movie night, etc.

Although this is more of a personal con than an actual business con, I found it difficult sometimes to train new employees efficiently and hit my personal weekly or daily goals.
