My experience at this company felt unprofessional and, at times, uncomfortable. The culture resembles more of a college campus than a workplace. It was common to see employees come to work under the influence, and there’s a heavy emphasis on partying and drinking, especially during blitz periods. If you don’t participate in those social activities, you may be viewed differently or feel excluded. Although the company promotes flexibility, that was not my experience. Expectations were inconsistent, and the work environment didn’t support the level of balance they advertised. Additionally, interactions with my manager often felt biased and created an unfair atmosphere.
