2020 was a terrible year for Vital. At the beginning of the COVID pandemic, they laid off 20% of their workforce (some employees fired who were hired that week) overnight via email without notice and failed to communicate how or why. For a company that has such inconsistent influx of work, they have hire a lot of new employees irresponsibly. The amount of turnover then isn't such a mystery, but it is a reflection on the terrible decisions made at the top.
