      The vast majority of people I have worked here are nice. Was simple to get role here after university.

      If you make mistake manager is not seen willing to stick its head out for employees lower down. On several occurrences I've been asked to work night, weekend, or holiday just to make my manager look good. Little documentation or diagram of the spaghetti codebase.
