Size: Smaller, boutique company that truly allows any employee to have an impact - you can see your contribution really make a difference to the client and to the company. Global: Several offices around the world - some times teams are made up of global employees together. Monthly calls connect offices from all over and share information and current happenings. Work: Variety of types of industries and types of work within brand strategy - no two projects feel the same. Teams: Colleagues are kind, helpful, and motivated. Some of the brightest and thought-provoking conversations I've had have been within these walls. Culture: Fantasy Football groups, summer events, end of year outings, whiskey Fridays - small variety of ways to interact with your colleagues outside of just work. Travel: Some work requires occasional travel - getting to see different areas of the world is cool

Smaller companies can feel a pinch stronger at times - one departure can ripple through the company on a more personal level than one departure from a Fortune 500 company. Teams can be stretched thin if workloads are heavy - multiple projects and deadlines can be a part of being at a smaller organization. Variety of work: Because you work on different types of projects, you have to perform on multiple levels. If you have carved out a niche passion area, you won't be able to solely work just on those types of projects.
