Bonuses change every 6 months. We hit goal, they take our money. No reason to work hard or collect more as it will just be taken away anyway. Leadership doesn’t do anything but complain and walk around. Sups are a joke. No real experience or leadership. Lost their biggest account and cut staff only to say they are turning the page and starting a new chapter. That chapter started by cutting bonuses and increasing hours for workers so maybe they should look at following a new book.
