The Vivid Incorporated team has done such a phenomenal job of utilizing its leadership core to motivate and mentor young entrepreneurial minded individuals. I have been with the team for 6 months now, and throughout my time here, management here has done a great job of providing hands on training to the team, They are very involved on the progress that each team member is making daily, which not only keep the keep on track to accomplish goals for the company and clients but for their own professional and personal development as well. Managers here have done a very good job of being involved int he process of my growth here within the last 6 months. I love the company culture because you will find yourself pushing yourself out of your comfort zone to seek further growth. With the help of my colleagues, I have noticed what true sportsmanship looks like as they continue to uplift one another to make sure no member falls behind. I love it here. Great environment.
