A few nice folks, work/life balance

Too many to name but poor leadership/management is the root. Completely clueless on how to move the business forward and motivate the team. I have never seen so many folks leave of their own volition sometimes without anything else lined up. It comes down to "A" companies get "A" players and keep them, VC is a C company. One of the worst experiences I've had.

Svantaggi

On-boarding new hires is a challenge as it is not a very structured process. This is pretty typical, status quo for rapidly growing startups. Other than that, nothing much to report on here.
