8yWe apologize for any experience you had with Vizrt in 2016 that was less than optimal. Since your time here many things have changed and we are continuously looking for new ways to improve the employee experience. We've outlined several new processes that include travel and expense, rolling over vacation days. etc. and we are in the process of rolling out a communications/listening program that helps employees address any issue they feel is having a negative impact on their work experience. Our people are very important to us and our goal is always to have a mutually beneficial relationship.
