      There are loads of opportunities to progress and although there is always an element of competition, people are willing to help and teach. The campus is a beautiful place to work, and the open environment puts everyone on the same level.

      Some people are still a little stuck in the old Vodafone UK culture and are very corporate and unwilling to change.
