Unfortunately there are many of these! Don't believe the hype - let me put you straight on a few thing: 1- This is not a flexible company to work for - you have to apply each week to work from home 2- Forget any management support - it's every man for himself- watch your back! 3- The annual performance appraisal system is toxic! It is based on a 'bell curve' and basically someone has to 'take one' for the team- i.e. - get a bad performance rating 4- Management is shockingly bad. Narcissistic, Bullying, 5- Escalations are commonplace and used as the general vehicle to get things done 6- Complete lack of automation in internal processes - CustomerService lead time is shockingly long 7- Vodafone trailing the market in their Product offering- only now launching SDN - 18 months after their competition!
