You have to wait probably 4 months to gain money back. Micro-management and escalation is your daily life. Middle management is useless, they leave every issue reach you, without any shield or help. Agile working is implemented in order to ruin your life every single day. Fighting between departments is considered normal. There are a lot of nice and young people working inside, but they are daily mortified asked to work on duties not corresponding to their studies. If you are an IT worker, stay far far far away from this company.
