Management is extremely unprofessional. I’ve witnessed management making sexual comments about my coworkers body. Management can also never seem to keep a cool head, which in my opinion is crucial for this type of position over a department. Be prepared to be unfairly written up and all the evidence that you did the right thing such as session file backups to be deleted suspiciously. It seems that the company is too greedy and takes on projects they physically cannot handle, and instead shove as many people into one room as possible in the midst of a pandemic. Also as a result of that, in depth training is scarily rare. There is simply no time! Also if you are 10 minutes too prompt for your shift, you will get fired. So take it from me, its not a good company to work for at all.

Therefore, we often adapt our workflows to meet specific project requirements or deliverables to provide the best possible experience for our clients. In the rare but unfortunate situation when we are faced with having to let an employee go, we first go through a performance improvement plan with the individual. This is specifically designed to support in their develop, to address any challenges they are experiencing and to hopefully overcome these collectively so that they can become more successful in the role going forward. Throughout the course of the pandemic, we have implemented stringent Covid-19 protocols to protect our staff and external talent that were required to attend our facilities across the Group, and we continue to take this incredibly seriously. People will always remain at the heart of our business, and we do our best to invest in our teams and ensure their workplace safety and satisfaction.
