This is specifically designed to support in their develop, to address any challenges they are experiencing and to hopefully overcome these collectively so that they can become more successful in the role going forward. Throughout the course of the pandemic, we have implemented stringent Covid-19 protocols to protect our staff and external talent that were required to attend our facilities across the Group, and we continue to take this incredibly seriously.
