No team work. Only Politics. Not competent management at Voith Hyderabad. No proper hiring at top level. Smell of corruption. HR of Voith Turbo Hyderabad is worst. No SOP. Old colleauges has made curtail, and don't want company to grow. Since last 30 years only 180 cr. Request not to join this Hyderabad unit unless you have no job.
