Lack of sympathy for employees. They deprive you of basic freedom and when they give you basic rights they boast it from the top of a moutain. Horrible work-life balance with no regard to the employee's benefits or well-being. Word of advice to young employees: if you have the opportunity to work at a different renewable energy company please go there even if it means taking a lower paycheck. You will be happy in the long run.
