- Despite having worked here for 5 years (since 2019), the pay stay the same (2,000won per minute)
- They invest money in developing unnecessary things but neglect to increase pay.
- The only aspect that has improved is the penal system, not the pay.
- Their regulations sound like a threat: Before translating a project, messages like "David has been penalized for not receiving payment because he dropped too many projects" appear.
- There are very few projects available: despite having over 10 freelancers in my language, there are only 1 or 2 projects per week.
- There are no notifications for new projects anymore: previously, we used to receive notifications when new projects were available, but when I inquired, the manager said that someone complained about receiving too many notifications, so Voithru canceled them... (they expect us to check constantly, as if we are jobless and always available 24/7).
- Just don't work here; the pay isn't even worth it. Respect yourself!
