No management structure of any kind, just owners who think they know better than anyone else. Owner's sons are the worst slackers you've ever seen, but are paid like executives. Lots of petty squabbling, backstabbing and office politics that you can't avoid- especially when the owners are the worst culprit! Good employees are suspected of plotting a coup, while terrible employees are rewarded for their implorable behavior. Picture working in a Monty Python movie, where nothing makes sense. SMHing is a favorite exercise.

You can move around but only if the boss feels you are up to the task.the discount you get as a worker is pretty good you can also have a life and enjoy it would be a stress free job
