The workplace culture in GCS continues to suffer due to one individual whose toxic behaviour is widely known and frequently discussed. It says a lot that even reading this, most people will know exactly who is being referred to. Despite numerous concerns and a longstanding negative reputation, it’s baffling how this person continues to operate unchecked. If a serious, formal accusation ever arises, the organisation won’t be able to claim ignorance it will be clear that his conduct was enabled and tolerated at every level. This is not just a failure of leadership, it’s a failure of accountability.
