- Nice looking office in the heart of downtown Quebec, with the best view of Hotel Pur and the Catholic Church of Saint Roch. - Before pandemic, there were cereals, bagels, peanut butter, fruits, goodies for breakfasts, quick snacks, etc. - The quality of art pieces provided by the art team is incredibly high and it's always fun to discuss about art with coworkers. Most of them are always happy to help, to give tutorials or any other insight to help you improve in your work. - Everyone from the team is coming from different countries and love to exchange about cultural differences, same passions, foreign languages, food, etc. - Even though it wasn't happening often, the parties at the cottage was always a lot of fun. - Yearly bonuses - Good insurance coverage program - Monthly bus pass

Svantaggi

- No wiki platform to track all pertinent information for new employees. Everything is managed pretty much the old fashioned way, which makes the processes prone to errors. - Communication between sister studios and Keywords is lacking. Lots of misunderstandings and avoidable frustrations. - Lack of training opportunities. - Meeting times for internal meetings rarely followed - A portion of the team arrive late and already exhausted every morning, which makes it hard to get everyone on board during the first 2-3 hours of work. (Also a good indication that something's not right) - The workaholics are praised. Good mental health doesn't seem to be the priority compared to the need of doing overtime again and again and pressing as much juice as possible from the team in order to make clients happy. - Some tend to throw other colleagues under the bus when it's beneficial to themselves, which makes the dynamic of trust a bit broken and also brings a lot of unnecessary negativity in the team. - IT teams is in Montreal and makes the IT services slower than if there was a team in Quebec

Thanks for your constructive feedback. Based on its content, it seems to apply to Project Managers. We care for the well-being of our team, and aim to improve the work environment and conditions continuously. We’re happy to see changes implemented in the past year in your Pros feedback. That being said, we recognize our failure to address some of the issues in a timely manner. We are aware that Project Managers had a greater pressure on their workload during Covid, which was entirely our responsibility. However, for 2021 we increased significantly the size of our management team. Once the training of the new team is completed, this should alleviate the PM from overtime. We also hired an IT technician in Quebec City. Lastly, every training request has been approved and paid for in 2020, but we agree that we should proactively identify specific trainings for the managers. We’re sorry to read this feedback only after you left, but we thank you for your candor and will implement changes to ensure the Project Managers have a better work environment.
