- Nice colleagues - Transparent salary adjustment process - Manager is nice and supportive (at least mine is) - Benefit is quite standard for Norwegian companies, eg gym, paid internet etc.

- Legacy tech. Migrating legacy applications to more modern technology or to a different cloud provider can feel drain. - There is not much innovation going on, in terms of products. Hence there is not so much room for someone who wants to get better at their field or skills.
