Fantastic collaboration starts here. You are able to work across multiple teams to achieve goals and design impactful programming for students and participants.

Hours can be quite long during peak program times.

Loved working with the people at VIA. They are all so clearly passionate about the work they do and it creates a wonderful work environment that motivates you to go to work everyday.

Leading some of the programs can be hard because of the long hours, but I think in the end it's rewarding.
