Volute is opposite of the larger, slower organizations. It is a lean, agile environment and things do change often as the business is evolving and growing.
The CEO practices what he preaches. He expects that he does his best work, and works constantly to improve the company, and is looking for a team who is willing to do the same. In my experience, many people come in and are looking for a free ride. Volute internships are real jobs - you're not getting coffee, you're working with top engineers, designers and world renowned clients, and getting condensed training. The great ones stay, and most of the staff has been with Volute since it was launched over 2 years ago. That says something, and those are the ones who are not on glassdoor complaining.

As I said the expectations are high. A lot of people apply for positions and the CEO loves to give everyone a chance, but if you don't perform, he is not shy to let you know, but I prefer that, not everyone does.
