Re-org and layoffs are common things happening almost every year. The managers don't really care about the employees who actually do the work rather do favoritism . Nepotism is part of the culture here . Very toxic and demotivating work environment. They boast to be carrying the Swedish value and making a difference but in reality a lot deviated from that . The company is leaking money in different layers which they compensate laying off every year . The org called commercial digital is unnecessarily big without adding values proportionately and is such a waste of money ! The company is filled with previous consultants who became employees later and holding the wise boastful consultant attitude, does not care or even own product knowledge properly . People who challenge their ideas become their enemies and will face consequences at some point. They are the ones ruling the company in different ways .
