Safety is talked about a lot but with little to no actual action. Overall incompetence with executive leadership team and upper management, tenure is rewarded here and not skill. New ideas or suggestions of change are looked down on and often actively punished through office politics. A lot of people in operational roles at VGA are desperate for change but leadership don’t seem interested or able to support. Money is very tight and so is resourcing for teams considered less valuable. If you are the sort of person who is happy to cruise along until retirement this is the place for you. Not the company for innovators or disrupters.
