There is so much pressure on delivering fast that often the quality is affected. - Games tested that don't show promising KPI are discarded without knowing the issues it had, so no learnings are taken from them. - No studio feeling, no sharing, the valuable information is often hard to find. - Feedback to HR / Management is heard but not actions taken. - There is no QA.
