      Although supported by wider CHR team, some (new) processes/systems are less relevant for us as we're a much smaller team Team is required to give lots of hands on support (e.g., with admin tasks which take up a lot of time) as we're a small team, but I expect this to change in the future as we continue to grow

      Can get busy with competing, tight client deadlines (however this is as expected in this industry and management do their best to avoid project clashes or stretched capacity)
