It is up to you to prioritize, organize and execute your day. Work expectations are very reasonable but you do need to move deliberately and make sure to take care of critical tasks and customer needs. Workload can be spiky: some days are longer or require extra focus, other days are smoother. You may need to meet with clients in Europe (early mornings) or Asia/Pacific (late nights). Because the software is constantly evolving and customer base is broad, unseen issues can come up and you'll need to help troubleshoot them. You have excellent resources at your disposal, so these issues are all completely manageable if you're a responsible adult and competent engineer. Mentioning it so that you know what to expect.
