Voxpro IS an Irish company and the US internal positions are more for hourly employee development.

Salary employee - No experienced development Experienced leaders in the US report directly to inexperienced leaders from Ireland... draining process because they don't know anything about HR, CA Laws, etc. There are quite a bit of Managers and Agents with more experience, but again, this is an IRISH company that rarely seeks to understand our culture or make it OUR company.
