This company fails to understand that drivers are humans who require food and rest. Calls are often spaced minutes apart and we have no lunch break - it's not in the contract, Drivers are exhausted and lack sleep which is why some drive unsafe. The pay for anyone interested is just pennies above minimum wage so there's always people leaving. This is all about profit. Most of our employees work here because we seek our PR as immigrants. Shifts are 11 hours which in my opinion isn't safe.
