Promotion process is rigid and only occurs once per year, even for high performers, and in some cases promotions come with little to no salary increase. Benefits are inconsistent, particularly health insurance, which changes frequently and has declined in quality over time. This adds uncertainty and dissatisfaction for employees. The company also struggles with retaining strong talent, leading to high turnover. This results in repeated onboarding and long clearance delays where employees may spend months unable to contribute, only to leave shortly after. This cycle creates inefficiencies that could be avoided with better retention efforts.
