Lack of communication. When Voyce staff check in on the interpreter during a call, if the interpreter is not up to their standards, they cut you off, you are not able to log in, with ZERO feedback.
I've been doing this for almost 2 years and the quality of their training at sites has gone downhill. I could list all of them, Voyce needs to figure this out.
With the cost of living increasing, Voyce does not take care of it's interpreters. They get away with treating spoken language interpreters badly and the sign language interpreters eventually won't put up with this.
