Awful training, you get two weeks training for 6 different platforms that you must know how to navigate. The training does not prepare you to be ready to start making cold calls on week 3 ... But you must still make 100 calls a day the pay is low and they don't tell you that some of the cars you sell may or may not get paid your commission on due to paperwork etc.. your manager is supposed to be the last point of contact for all paperwork submitted which should mean that every deal goes through but that's not what happens and they don't give you any other reason than it didn't go through as a reason for not getting paid so just be aware

Thank you for sharing your experience, it is important to us that all employees feel they have the resources and support they need to help them succeed in their position, especially from their managers. All commissions at the company are governed by detailed, written commission plans which are distributed to employees. We have a sophisticated database that allows sales employees to track their commissions and likewise have a process for sales employees to raise any concerns they may have regarding how commissions were earned or allocated. Our training schedule for sales representatives includes 2 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 2 weeks of live production training where new hires make the transition to making warm calls with trainer support. We appreciate this feedback as we continue to refine our training process for sales representatives to ensure that our agents are set up to succeed.

Excellent management. Allowed me to work from home when I was having high anxiety about driving. They were accommodating in regard to almost any request as long as it was requested on ample time. Pay was good and reviews and raises every 6 months was a game changer. We had very low turnover and remained productive untill the end.

Well, our department was outsourced to the Philippines and we were not told untill 1/31/2026. Yes we found out at the end of the workday that we were not going to be coming back and they sent our department to another country.
