never calls back after i applied just a generic email rejection despite my background being a great fit to many of their positions. they are not actively hiring, dont bother. To be fair, for comparison, I have received interviews and offers from major tech hardware, automotive and aerospace companies like gm, spacex, northrop, RTX, and apple. Yet I am unable to secure an interview at this small no namr company, its laughable.
