1. Very unprofessional behaviour by a few Senior Engineers and the CTO towards juniors, including openly bullying and harassment of juniors 2. Frequent use of bad language by a few engineers close to the CTO 3. Incompetent managers in the tech team, one is quite aggressive and abusive towards juniors, openly makes fun of them for no reason, and another one blackmails engineers. The aggressive one is quite dramatic in standups, wastes a lot of time asking useless questions, and forgets every detail of the update shared the previous day 6. The company provides poor-quality food to people, even though they cut the cost of it from their salaries for those who opt for food services 7 . Very poor quality of codebase, every new Senior engineer who joins changes the architecture, showing a lack of standards being enforced and followed 8. Management is quite hostile and takes even tiny things personally, and is quite unprofessional and biased while making decisions 9. CTO has extreme behaviour issues and is also quite mannerless while interacting with people 10. Employee attrition is quite high as people who join leave within 2-3 years owing to the bad work culture 11. The office environment is not quite standard, as people behave like local persons 12. Freshers are scammed, stating that they will be given a full-stack role; instead, they are put into a frontend-based desktop role 13. Complaining behaviour of managers to upper management can backfire as the management tries to suppress the complainant instead 14. Politics by the CTO, and sidelining juniors who work hard and favouring people of his choice
