station has a great culture and great atmosphere

The traffic in the city was terrible

decent pay with very manageable workload (boring)

overstaffed by adults with a middle-school mentality (i wish i was being dramatic). very off-putting to have to work with so many bitter people who peaked decades ago. boring because overstaffing leaves you with virtually nothing to do.
