Tread lightly things are not what they seem. Don't be fooled because you're happy to land a new job. They will use you, and dump you in a heartbeat. Worse if for any reason they don't care for you. Family run business , so stay away. The rules change every other day and are made up to justify every situation in their favor. You may hang out at WAI for a year possibly two, if you are willing to suck up to management, and even after you do, they will still sack you in the coldest way. Job performance should be important, but it definitely is not, especially if you are part of management, or one of those bowng down to the crappy manner in which they treat people, normal human beings.

Compensation doesn’t match contribution. Salary increases have been minimal and don’t reflect the value and complexity of the work delivered Limited growth opportunities. Career advancement paths are not clearly defined and promotions are hard to come by Increasing workload. Workload has grown significantly over time without proportional compensation or staffing adjustments No clear career ladder. For senior contributors looking to grow, the ceiling feels low
